1. Front snap kick 3 times (R, L, R)

Yellow Belt

1. Front snap kick (R), Roundhouse kick (L), Switch feet then RF big stance LH punch RH down block (same time)

2. Front snap kick (R), Double punch (RH – LH), Roundhouse kick (L)

3. Switch feet, Roundhouse kick(L), LF big stance RH punch LH down block (same time)

 

 

Orange Belt

1. Side kick(R), Back kick(L)

2. Back kick(R), Skipping Side kick(R)

3. Side kick(R), Step Forward Roundhouse kick(R)

 

 

Green Belt

1. Hook kick(R), putting foot in original position, Skipping Side kick(L)

2. Roundhouse kick(R), Left foot step forward and Axe kick(R)

3. Front Snap kick(R), then Turning roundhouse kick(R)

 

 

Blue Belt

1. Switch feet, Spinning heel kick(L)-turning all the way around to beginning position, step forward Roundhouse(R), RF big

    stance LH punch RH down block (same time)

Brown Belt

2. Axe kick(R) and Side kick(R) with same foot without dropping it, then turn your body around putting the right foot back

    and kicking again with same foot Roundhouse kick(R)

High Brown Belt
